Eva Geber

Eva Geber is a graphic designer, author, and cultural journalist. For over 20 years, she ran a self-managed printing shop, and for 35 years she served as co-editor and editor of the feminist magazine “AUF—Eine Frauenzeitschrift.” Her books, as well as her contributions to magazines and anthologies, focus primarily on feminist pioneers, whose legacies she helps preserve. These include “Louise Michel – The Anarchist and the Man-Eaters,” a biographical novel, and “Hélène – Liberation into the Madhouse.”

Awards: among others, the Theodor Kramer Prize, the City of Vienna Prize for Journalism. Elias Canetti Fellowship.
