Peter Bohmer has been an activist in social movements for economic and racial justice, and global solidarity since 1967. He taught political economy at The Evergreen State College from 1987 to 2021. He has been involved, since 1967 in solidarity with liberation struggles globally and, in the U.S. For this organizing, he was targeted by the FBI. Peter Bohmer is a member of Economics for Everyone and actively involved in Palestine solidarity. He is passionately committed to anti-capitalism and a participatory socialist alternative.
